Our goal is to emerge as a leading force in the manufacturing of fastener-related dies and tools in Taiwan, rooted in the technological hub of Gangshan District, Kaohsiung City. This area not only marks the genesis of Taiwan's fastener development but is also renowned for its highly skilled technology. In recent years, we have also made concerted efforts for the environment to reduce carbon emissions and unnecessary energy consumption. 5S Methodology

Our company strictly adheres to the 5S management method in the factory, which is a management method originated from Japan. It aims to improve efficiency, quality and cleanliness of the workplace by reducing unnecessary waste, thereby achieving continuous improvement and improving organizational performance.

  • Seiri (Sort)

    This step involves organizing and cleaning the workplace. It requires individuals to review their work area, eliminate unnecessary items, and retain only those that are essential. This helps reduce clutter and improve work efficiency.


  • Seiton (Set in Order)

    Building upon sorting, set in order emphasizes organizing and arranging the remaining items for easy retrieval, use, and return. This can be achieved through labeling areas, tagging, or 

    other organizational methods.


  • Seiso (Shine)

    Shine entails regularly cleaning the workspace to maintain cleanliness and order. This not only contributes to a better working environment but also reduces faults and enhances safety.


  • Seiketsu (Standardize)

    This step involves developing and establishing standard work processes and operating procedures to ensure consistency throughout the organization when practicing the 5S. This helps maintain high levels of efficiency and quality.


  • Shitsuke (Sustain)

    Sustain focuses on ingraining the practice of 5S into the organizational culture. By cultivating good habits and values, it ensures that 5S becomes an integral and ongoing part of the improvement process.
